Welcome

Start today and empower tomorrow … for countless opportunities.

Virginia’s technology and engineering careers have never offered more exciting opportunities. With a projected growth rate of 10.1 percent by 2026, employment in Virginia is exceeding the national rate of 7.4 percent, and it doesn’t stop there. In 2024, CNBC named Virginia the top state for business and WalletHub lists Virginia as the #2 best state for Projected STEM-Job Demand by 2030. Employers in Virginia continue to prove why. In southern Virginia alone, companies like Eastman Performance Films, Comfort Systems USA, Intertape Polymer Group, and more have collectively invested millions of dollars into local economy and created thousands of jobs. That’s where GO TEC® comes in… The Commonwealth of Virginia’s solution for a dependable pipeline of exceptional talent.
