SPTC (Southern Piedmont Technology Council) presented GO TEC with the “Innovation in Education and Community Outreach Award. This award was presented to the GO TEC team comprised of Program Manager Dr. Tammy Hurt, Training Coordinator, Jacob Taylor, Multimedia Technician, Sherri Dickens, and Program Assistant, Rhonda Reavis. GO TEC’s Mission Great Opportunites in Technology and Engineering Careers (GO TEC) will stimulate job growth within the Commonwealth by creating dependable talent pipelines in strategic sectors, fostered through public and private partnerships.
